Deli Flavour Delicatessen, Stoneygate, Leicester. Fine foods and buffet catering

Hope you are all having a fab 2010. It's been a busy time at the deli being the wedding season and we're doing lots of our deli buffets. Also, with the introduction of more seats inside the shop, there's now more opportunity to come and chill out, relax, do some work or take a break with some lovely coffee and deli food. We're kiddie friendly as well so no probs with prams or anything like that. Newly introduced to our food selection is the Antipasti Platter which consists of houmous, toasted ciabatta, olives, a balsamic dip and two other antipasti bits. We finally seem to be getting a bit of Summer - about time I reckon! Remember you can have a bit of cafe culture by using one of our outside tables. To celebrate the upturn in the weather, we've now got a fabulous range of exclusive ice creams in our freezer. From organic lollies to tubs of creamy Cornish Ice Cream, there's something for everyone. Don't forget we've also got our fabulous freshly blended fruit smoothies and milkshakes to help you chill out and get some of your 5 a day!

We've finally got some of our own products for sale at the deli. We've had a great time talking to food producers and trying their yummy stuff. You can now get Deli Flavour sauces, jams, biscuits, cakes, dressings, chutneys and mayos etc and we'll be looking to increase the range over the next few months. These products taste fab and have excellent natural ingredients. They also look great and are ideal hamper contents. Most importantly, they can only be found at Deli Flavour!

If you didn't already know, we are exclusive stockists of Alessi Kitchenware in Stoneygate and if we haven't got the bits you want amongst our massive range, as official stockists we can order anything in for you from their A di Alessi and Alessi range.

Remember, we provide a fab buffet service, including a selection of Wraps, Bagels and ciabattas from our new takeaway menu as well as olives, crisps and a range of meat and vege snacks including pitta pockets. We also include cakes. The buffets are placed on lidded platters that we reuse and we provide free disposable cutlery if you want it. We charge a bargain £5.95 per head for this and we include a free local delivery within this price. Now in Stock - Leicestershire Ales, Ciders and Liqueurs!

We've teamed up with CAMRA and some local fabulous brewers to provide you with fantastic dark and golden ales to buy to take home and enjoy in the sun. We've currently got beer from Langton and Hathern Breweries including 'Cockfighter', 'Hawthorn Gold', 'Caudle Bitter and many more. We sell the only commercial cider made in Leicestershire - a still chilled cider at 5% proof rightly called 'Farmer's Fear'! We also now have sloe gin, vodka and blackberry and whiskey and wild damson liqueurs from Melton Mowbray!

Corporate and Gift Hampers

Corporate and Gift Hampers are one of our expertises and with our time already getting booked up with corporate hamper orders for Christmas - it's time to start thinking about getting your order in. We specialise in both individual and corporate size orders for all budgets. We provide fine wicker containers with speciality wines and or fine foods, wrapped and presented for loved ones or clients and we can even get them safely couriered to their desitination.
