This is fantastic tasting and very rare  Leicester honey from a local bee keeper called Brian who loves his bees, keeps them happy and ensures they produce great sweet stuff! These bees aren't fed sugar to increase supply, a practise used by some honey makers. Local honey is said to keep hayfever at bay if consumed all year round, you can now get your hands on Leicester Honey from deli flavour online and at a reduced online price!

The Quenby is reckoned to be the first Stilton ever made and is renowned for it's creamy flavour. This version is entirely organic and is pasteurised.

The Sparkenhoe is the only authentic Red Leicester actually from Leicestershire, all other Red Leicester's are made outside of the county. This is a traditional unpasteurised cheddar and is the only true Red Leicester Experience!
